"Application for the national phase entry into Japan" must be filed within 30 months from the priority date of the PCT application. In addition, Japanese translation must be filed within 30 months from the priority date or within 2 months from the date of filing "Application for national phase entry into Japan", whichever is later.

Please note that no "Power of Attorney (POA)" is required for filing "Application for national phase entry into Japan" and the Japanse translation. However, POA will be required in some situation, for example, for Appeal agasint Decision of Rejection.

"Deed of assignment" is generally not requied for filing "Application for national phase entry into Japan". However, "Deed of assignment" needs to be filed when the ownership change from the applicant on record in WIPO is necessary.
